Did you know? More than 99% of packages sent out at UP Boxed arrive safely! This is far above the industry average!
Protect yourself!
1.) Save your drop-off receipt! If you are terrible (like us) at saving receipts, take a picture of your receipt to save on your phone. Or-
2)Ask for an emailed receipt at the register. Be sure to ask before the item is scanned! Or-
3.) Take a photo of your item in the drop-off returns cart. Be sure to clearly capture your name
NOW You will have proof of your tracking number and drop-off. If the business (Amazon, Shein, Tiktok, Nike, Etc) says that they did not receive the item, verify that it was received using a tracking tool. You can even use ours on the homepage!
Next, show proof the package receipt to the customer service of that company! You have done your part and should receive your refund!
Common Mistakes That Create Issues With Returns:
Improperly labeled returns, like printing the wrong label, or a different label, for your return. You must use the label that goes with the item you are returning. Do not use any other labels!
Labels taped with "Scotch" or Invisible tape falling off in transit. Use shipping tape!
Wrapping packages with brown paper. Brown paper can be torn off by sorting machinery
Returning items in clear packaging- this can be done, however, this makes items more attractive to thieves during the shipping process.
Make sure that you are returning the correct item with the correct label!
Our part:
We offer drop-off receiving as a courtesy to our customers. We pass your package on to the carriers (like the Post Office, FedEx or UPS). Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, our role is complete! UP Boxed is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise that occurs in the shipping process. We are an independent, local, small business. We are not UPS, FedEx or USPS.
